Muhanad founded RMCE in 2020 after 22 years across program and project management, alliance and bid management, risk, consulting and construction — with a record of delivering complex multi-million-dollar programs to time and budget.
He leads RMCE's engagements personally and stays on them through delivery.
Zoë brings 25 years in water process engineering, delivering process design for treatment plants, pipelines and pump stations across alliance and capital works environments.
Her expertise runs from coagulation, filtration and DAF through to membranes, UV, desalination, MBR and biogas treatment.
Jim has 25 years in energy, utilities and infrastructure across Australia, the Middle East, India and Malaysia, specialising in portfolio and program management.
He builds the budgets, risk strategies and delivery plans that hold multi-region programs together.
Nathan has 20 years in Australia's energy, carbon and sustainability sectors, across clean energy technology and energy efficiency.
His work spans business cases, decarbonisation and clean energy investment plans, grant applications and sustainability reporting and assurance.
